My aunt Ellen makes THE BEST oatmeal cookies... and my cousin Jimmy makes them really well too! Enjoy!
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1.5 teaspoons of vanilla
2 eggs
1.5 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
A trick from Jimmy - dig in and mix it all up with your fingers!
Then bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
YUM!!!
